Project Overview:

Coastal Transportation is a 25 year old company providing cargo transportation serving the communities of Western Alaska and the Aleutian Islands.  Bear worked with several internal stakeholders and an operations consultant specifying the functionality of the site.  The prioritization of information, and "discoverability" of key pieces of critical info like the schedule were all worked through in a collaborative process.

We implemented the new design, tied-in with the internal systems for schedule data, and provided an easy to use content management system for the internal staff to manage the site.
