Project Overview:

Idem Translations, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, has provided top-quality localization services for more than twenty-five years. During a site redesign, Bear was brought in to provide a Drupal CMS back end that enables Idem’s staff to manage all aspects of their site in-house.

Idem is based in Palo Alto but has an office in Madrid and staff around the globe. We worked seamlessly with client contacts on the west coast, on the east coast, and in Europe during development, conducting all meetings and trainings as WebEx conference calls, which allowed us to share our screens. It is always nice to meet face to face with clients, but we have a lot of experience working with clients remotely and facilitating virtual projects.
